Metrologic MS1690 Focus is a omni-directional scanner and area imager for POS and industrial applications.

The Metrologic MK1690 Focus reads virtually all barcode symbologies, and because it uses imaging technology, its omni-directional. Unlike most other hand scanners, the Metrologic MK1690 doesn't require your employees to point the line of the scanner in order to read the barcode.

The Metrologic MK1690 Focus is extremely durable. Able to withstand multiple drops to concrete, the Focus is well matched for the most challenging of POS environments. It includes a "stand sensor" which switches the scanner from presentation mode to point and pull mode when removed from the stand.

With a depth of field from .01" to 9.5", the Metrologic MK1690 Focus uses stand detection to switch the scanner from presentation mode to trigger mode automatically, something unique in the market today.
