The Logic Controls LK8000 keyboard features a QWERTY keyboard, a host of both function and numeric keys, mouse controls and an optional credit card reader. As your software becomes more advanced, the requirements for multiple I/O from the operator also increases. The Logic Controls LK800 saves counter-space by integrating three specific devices (keyboard, mouse and MSR).
Logic Controls LK8000 keyboard is one of the easiest of multi-function keyboards on the market to program. Each of the keys can be programmed with multiple definitions, and 46 keys are relegendable. The Logic Controls LK8000 comes with a PC based programming application that can not only program a single keyboard, but can store programming definitions to program multiple LK8000's.
The LK8000’s I/O ports allow daisy-chaining of other keyboard input devices and barcode scanner. It provides a PS/2, RS232 or USB interface and supports a true keyboard wedge function, operating with or without a computer keyboard.
