The PartnerTech Orion presentation laser scanner which allows hands-free barcode scanning and reads all popular barcode symbologies. Barcode labels are read by presenting the labels towards the scanner. Scanning labels with the Orion hardly requires any arm movement and only little free space on the counter top is necessary. The Orion can either be fixed on a counter surface or on a flexible stand, so it's optimal for every application and environment. The Orion has a programmable sleep mode. If the scanner is not used within a period of time, the scanner switches off automatically. The scanner can be re-activated by pressing the switch on top of the scanner.
