The Magtek Excella captures both front and back images of a check in a single pass, making check processing and endorsement printing fast and simple. Choose the Excella for its large automated scanning capacity - up to 70 checks - and its 200 dpi print resolution. With its standard USB interface the Magtek Excella can be quickly added to any computer.

Automatic feeder with capacity for up to 70 documents
Auxiliary interface: RS-232 serial
Black and white/grayscale images are standard
Captures front and back image of check in a single pass
Endorsement message is programmable - Message height: 1/8 inch consisting of 12 pixels
Endorsement printer prints horizontal message on back of the check (e.g. endorsement information)
Image compression: CCITT G4 or JPEG
Image files: TIFF 6.0 (other formats can be made available)
Manual feed bypass (to feed a single check)
Optional image storage memory available with multi-media memory cards installed at the factory
Output hopper/stacker with capacity for up to 70 documents
Reads E13B and CMC7 MICR fonts
Resolution: 200 dpi (scaling to 100 dpi)
Smart cable management
USB 2.0 (USB 1.1 compatible) and Ethernet 100Base-T
