The IMAGETEAM 4710 Image Reader can be configured as either a handheld or fixed mount device which reads matrix stacked linear and conventional linear barcodes as well as a single line of OCR-A and OCR-B text. The IT4710 has the power to capture and download images to a PC for applications that include signature capture PC-based decoding and image lift requirements as well. The IT4710 Reader is ideally suited to packaging printed circuit board manufacturing electronic component manufacturing and clinical-diagnostic applications and may be configured for Keyboard wedge HHLC (Code 128 emulation) TTL RS-232 or True RS-232 output. The IT4710 connects to all popular PCs and portable data terminals.

ImageTeam 4710 Hand Held or Fixed Mount 2D Image Reader The IMAGETEAM (IT) 4710ESD 2D Image Readers are high performance readers of high density (1D), stacked (PDF417), and matrix (2D) codes, that have been designed specifically for the stringent requirements found in clean room assembly of sensitive electronic components. With a clean room rating of 100, ESD-resistant labeling, low participation and contamination plastics, and ESD-resistant cables, the IT4710ESD readers are the most suitable hand held 2D image readers for ESD-sensitive and clean room environments today. ImageTeam 4710 Image Readers now feature Two-dimensional Print Quality Assessment (2D PQA). This new feature allows users to check the quality of the 2D barcode symbols by identifying a successfully read symbol and reporting graded measurement parameters obtained from the symbol. This feature is available in all IT4410/4710 2D Image Readers with firmware Rev. 1.91.2.23 and higher.
