Opticon OPL-9724 Portable Scanner with Bluetooth data transfer! |
The Opticon OPL-9724 is an IP-54 durable, Bluetooth enabled portable scanner with a small, light form-factor and enough memory to serve all your data collection needs. With enough memory to accommodate an entire day of scanning, the Opticon OPL-9724 can do inventory, price validation, create lists or a host of other data collection applications where simplicity is needed with the operation of the device. The Opticon OPL-9724 has real-time clock has been integrated enabling each record to be tagged with a date/time stamp for accuracy.
The LCD display, provided with both models, allows easy readability of as many as 10 lines of information. The three-key operation of the Opticon OPL-9724 permits user definable functions to be created and stored to simplify repetitive tasks. IrDA interface within the cradle allows data transfer when the scanner is inserted for charging. A simple charging only cradle is the right choice if all communications will be accomplished through wireless Bluetooth when using the Opticon OPL-9724.
A backup battery of the OPL-9724 enables extended use between recharging cycles because it allows the storage of data even after the rechargeable batteries have been drained. Custom applications can be developed using the available Software Development Kit (SDK). The rugged OPL 9724 is designed to meet IP 54 standards for dust and moisture intrusion.
